rice bran oil expansion has two way:rice bran Dry expansion and rice bran wet expansion.

Dry expansion is from the rice bran oil milling production line to dry rice bran directly fed into the extruder their expansion.Dry expansion advantages:less equipment investment, simple process, you can not pre-expansion rice bran and expansion after the extruded material for specialized moisture and temperature regulation, but smaller than the processing equipment, power consumption is several times higher than the wet expansion, mechanical wear and tear fast, and rice bran bran enzyme inactivation is not thorough enough, generally only suitable for small-scale production.
That wet expansion into the machine bore directly inject a small amount of steam expansion rice bran bran in the process to improve the material within the extruder temperature and humidity.
